When you submit a form — Home Finder, Home Valuation, Referral, Showing Request, or Contact — you provide contact details and the preferences or notes you choose to share. This information is used to respond to your request and, where relevant, to help shape a search or value review.

What we do not request

Marketing forms on this site do not request credit scores, Social Security numbers, bank statements, or mortgage documents. Please do not include sensitive financial information in form fields.

Referrals

When you submit a referral, you confirm you have permission to share the contact details of the person you are referring. That confirmation is not a marketing opt-in for the referred person. Jillian prefers a personal introduction and will not automatically subscribe the referred person to marketing campaigns. Any marketing preference you select applies only to you.

Communication preferences

You may update your communication preferences or ask to be removed from future outreach at any time by contacting Jillian directly.

Third-party services

Form submissions may be delivered through a configured form-tracking or CRM service. No such service is currently connected. When one is configured, this notice should be updated to identify the provider and its data practices.
