Jillian Haynes brings more than 20 years of experience spanning real estate brokerage, mortgage lending and servicing, property management, and distressed-property redevelopment. As co-founder and CEO of H & H Holdings Group LLC, she guides investments in Chicago and Birmingham.

Her background includes over a decade of leadership at HSBC Bank North America and graduate study in real estate and undergraduate study in finance at Roosevelt University. Beyond her professional work, Jillian enjoys mentoring young people and emerging professionals, volunteering at church, spending time with family, biking, boating, and skiing.
